The Company has been advised that Mr William van Heesewijk, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 17 May 2007, 21 ordinary shares at a price of 241.00p
each. The shares were purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order
through the Chelverton Savings Plan.

Mr van Heesewijk is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 15,148
ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital.
