SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the
financial year ended 30 April 2012.
A fourth interim dividend is declared of 2.35p per Ordinary share and will be
paid on 9 July 2012 to shareholders on the register as at 29 June 2012.
The total payment for the year ended 30 April 2012 will be 6.40p per Ordinary
share.
