Dividend Announcement

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend and Special Dividend in respect of the year 1^st May 2015 to 30^th April 2016.

A fourth interim dividend of 2.40p per Ordinary share will be paid on 5^th July 2016 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 24^th June 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 23^rd June 2016.

The Special Dividend of 1.60p shall be paid on 5^th July 2016 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 24^th June 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 23^rd June 2016.
