Abbey National Asset Managers Limited today notified the Company that as a
result of a sale of 577,003 Ordinary 25p shares on 26 March 2003, Scottish
Provident Limited, Abbey National plc and its subsidiary companies no longer
have an interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
