BFS SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that following the sale of the management
contracts of Exeter Asset Management Limited's open -ended funds to New Star,
the portfolios under management of Exeter Asset Management Limited are now in
aggregate 1,750,000 Ordinary shares, representing 11.11% of the issued class of
capital. These shares are held as follows;
Dartmoor Investment Trust plc 1,750,000
