The Company has today been informed that, by virtue of the acquisition of
Govett Investments Limited on 4 November 2003, JP Morgan - Govett Investment
Trusts are now interested in the 569,000 Ordinary shares, representing 3.61% of
the issued class of capital, held by Govett Enhanced Income Investment Trust
PLC.
