SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
BFS US Special Opportunities Trust PLC have today notified the Company that as
a result of a purchase of 100,000 Ordinary 25p shares on 18 April 2006, they
now hold a total of 547,554 Ordinary 25p shares in the Company, representing
3.37% of the issued class of capital.
