that Mr N H Lewis and Mrs S A Lewis, as a result of an acquisition or deemed
acquisition on 6 January 2006 are interested or deemed to be interested in (the
same) 1,750,000 Ordinary shares, representing 10.77% of the issued class of
capital.

The above shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK)
Limited.
