Executive Officer, that he has purchased 306 Ordinary 5p shares, representing
0.0003% of the shares in issue, on the 12th May 2005 at a price of 132.88p per
share. Following the share purchase Graham Kettleborough's holding is 14,983
shares, representing 0.017% of the shares in issue.
