The company was notified on 28th May that Legal & General Group plc and its
subsidiary companies have reduced their notifiable interest to 3,849,242
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing a reduction from 5.02%
to 4.55% of the total shares in issue. The shares are held in several HSBC
Global Custody Nominee Accounts.
