DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 28th May that Witmer Asset Management LLC, together
with Charles H Witmer and Meryl B Witmer, now hold a notifiable interest in
3,896,173 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing 4.6% of the
total shares in issue.
