DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The company was notified on 2nd July that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary
companies have increased their notifiable interest to 3,915,785 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company, representing an increase from 3.07% to 4.63% of the
total shares in issue. Part of the holding may relate to hedging arrangements
for customer transactions.
