DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 10th November by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein
Group Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Allianz AG, that Allianz AG and its
subsidiaries now hold a notifiable interest in 12,177,453 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company, representing 14.40% of the total shares in issue. Included
in this holding is the interest of Veer Palthe Voute NV which is interested in
12,151,838 shares representing 14.369% of the shares in issue.
