The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are also
available on the Company's website at www.cineworldplc.com.

At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 June 2008, it is proposed that
the Articles of Association be amended to bring them into line with the
Companies Act 2006. Details of the changes are set out in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting. A copy of the proposed new Articles has also been lodged with
the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
