OFFICES TO MOVE FROM SYDNEY TO JOHANNNESBURG
AND RESULTING CEO RESIGNATION
LONDON, United Kingdom - 28th MARCH 2007.
In line with its primary focus on projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo,
the board of directors of Copper Resources Corporation (AIM: CRC.L) ("CRC", the
"Company") has decided to move its management offices from Sydney to
Johannesburg.
As a result, the Company's Sydney-based Chief Executive officer, Chris
Jordinson, has resigned, effective March 26th 2007. His functions will be
assumed by CRC's Executive Vice Chairman, Mitch Alland, in the interim, until a
suitable replacement is found in Johannesburg, where an executive search has
commenced.
