Announces a New letting at Leibnizstrasse 11-13, Berlin, Germany
CLS is pleased to announce the letting of 1,118 sq m (12,034 sq ft) to bbw e.V,
an association for adult education and training, and 793 sq m (8,536 sq ft) to
bbw Akademie, a daughter company.
The lease granted to bbw e.V is for a term of five years with an annual mutual
break clause with a six month notice period. The annual rent is €162,457 (£
132,160).
The lease to bbw Akademie (793 sq m) is for a term of two years without break
clause with an option to prolong for a further two years following the end of
the fixed term. The annual rent is €115,431 (£93,904).
The remaining vacant space of the building of 511 sq m (5,500 sq ft) is also
under negotiation with bbw and is expected to be let by mid 2009.
