CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES COMPLETION
OF THE SALE OF SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, STOCKHOLM
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that completion has now taken place in
respect of the sale of Solna Business Park to Fabege AB. The sale was completed
on 21st August 2006 on terms presented in our announcement on 26th June 2006.
Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:
"I am pleased with the Solna Business Park transaction. It was bought as a run
down semi-industrial estate and has since been converted into a prime business
location. CLS has proven that it had the right vision and management to
implement the changes and has, through the sale, now capitalised on the
financial rewards."
