The Company has been notified that today Dan M Bäverstam, Chief Financial
Officer and a Director of the Company, has bought 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 
£5.95 per share through his SIPP. His total interest in the Ordinary Shares of
the Company following this transaction is 216,529 shares (0.306%).
