   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial    
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company , has today informed the
Company that 31,369,168 Ordinary Shares in the Company (representing 44.43% of
the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company) in which he is beneficially
interested have been transferred to be held in trust. Following these
transfers, the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt
is a beneficiary under the trust, remains unchanged at 31,369,459 Ordinary
Shares (44.43%).
