Pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the circular to
shareholders dated 1 December 2008 which completed on 7 January 2009, the
directors/ persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company listed
in the first column below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of
those number of Ordinary Shares set out against their name in the second column
at 350 pence per share and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares
set out against their name in the third column:
