   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial    
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

The Company received notification on 12 June 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt
family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of
the Company, purchased 485,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 300 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary
Shares in the Company, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary
under the Trust, is 25,358,126 Ordinary Shares (52.80%).
