                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

The Company announces that it was notified:

 1. on 11 March 2010 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director
    of the Company , purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the
    Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 513 pence per Ordinary S hare on
    11 March 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the
    number of Ordinary Shares is 5,000 Ordinary Shares (0.0001%).
   
 2. on 12 March 2010 that Thomas Lundqvist, Vice Chairman and Director of the
    Company purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 470 pence per
    Ordinary Share on 11 March 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's
    interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 67,991 Ordinary Shares
    (0.14%).
   
 3. on 12 March 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the
    "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of
    the Company, purchased 8,758 Ordinary Shares at a price of 490 pence per
    Ordinary Share on 11 March 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's
    interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr
    Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,450,176 Ordinary Shares
    (52.77%).
