The Company announces that it was notified on 15 March 2010 that Malcolm
Cooper, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company , purchased
5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 517.5 pence per Ordinary S hare on 15 March 2010. Following this
transaction, Mr Cooper's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 5,000
Ordinary Shares (0.01%).
