The Company has been notified that on 11 June 2007, Thomas Lundqvist, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5, 000 Ordinary Shares at £
6.34 per share. His total interest in the Ordinary Shares of t he Company
following this transaction is 108, 391 shares, representing 0.153 % of the
issued share capital of the Company, excluding treasury shares.
