The Company has been notified that today Tom Thomson, Vice Chairman of the
Company, has sold 21,914 Ordinary Shares at £7.26 per share and his SIPP,
which is held by Standard Life, has purchased 21,914 Ordinary Shares at £7.26¼. 
His beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at
108,790 ordinary shares.
