                                 BOARD CHANGES                                 

CLS is pleased to announce a number of changes to its board.

Tom Thomson, who has been Acting Chief Executive of CLS, has been appointed
Chief Executive with immediate effect.

Per Sjöberg, who has been responsible for property development activities at
the Group, has been appointed to the main board as Group Development Director.
Although CLS is primarily a property investment company, it is currently
involved in the £120 million refurbishment of its Solna Business Park in
Stockholm and the proposed development of London Bridge Tower (also known as
the Shard of Glass or the London Glass Spire), where it has a significant
equity interest. Mr Sjöberg's appointment will strengthen the property
development expertise at board level. He graduated from Stockholm University as
a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration, is a qualified
engineer and has experience of a number of large development projects globally.

Anna Seeley has stepped down from her executive role to become a Non-Executive
Director, in order to be able to devote more time to her young family. The
board of CLS is pleased to continue to benefit from her expertise and services
in a non-executive capacity and wishes to thank her for her contribution as an
executive director.

Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of CLS, commented:

'I am delighted that we have confirmed the appointment of Tom Thomson as Chief
Executive of CLS and warmly welcome Per Sjöberg to the board where his
development expertise will be most valuable. Although we do not see property
development as the core business of CLS, we have selectively and successfully
developed and refurbished properties within our portfolio and will continue to
do so.

I would like to thank Anna Seeley for her contribution and am pleased that she
will continue as a non-executive director of CLS. If in the future she decides
that her circumstances have changed and has more time, I look forward to
welcoming her back in an executive position within the company.'
