ANNOUNCES THE LETTING OF
4,200 SQ FT (390 SQ M) AT GREAT WEST HOUSE, BRENTFORD
Following the recently completed refurbishment of Great West House, CLS is
pleased to announce the letting of 4,200 sq ft (390 sq m) to Global Refund Ltd
on the 11th floor of GW2.
The lease is for a term of ten years with an upward only rent review and a
tenant break option at the end of the fifth year. The initial rent is £88,200
per annum (£21 per sq ft / £226 per sq m), subject to 18 months rent free. A
nine month rent penalty is payable in the event the break option is exercised.
The floor will provide new air conditioning, a raised floor, new ceiling and
lighting together with decorations and Global Refund will take possession in
April. King Sturge and DTZ are the letting agents for CLS whilst Bond Woodhouse
represented Global Refund.
Great West House has been transformed with new facades and a striking new roof
profile. Internally, the reception areas have been extended and refurbished
together with the provision of a new gymnasium and restaurant, both for the
exclusive use of the tenants. CLS also operates a business centre at the
building, providing a new facility to local occupiers as well as additional
overflow space and meeting rooms for the existing occupiers.
Up to 73,000 sq ft (6,782 sq m) of offices remain available, in units from
5,200 sq ft (483 sq m) upwards.
