Embargoed: 0700hrs 12 October 2005 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') ANNOUNCES MAJOR NEW LETTINGS AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, SWEDEN The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that 3 new lettings have been signed in Solna Business Park for a total of 6,056 sq m (65,078 sq ft). GB Glace AB and Lever Fabergé AB, both subsidiaries of Unilever, have leased 4,125 sq m (44,327 sq ft) of office space in Smeden 1, together with 60 parking spaces, for their new head office in Sweden. The lease is for a 7-year term without break from 1st July 2006 and will automatically be prolonged for 3 years, should notice not be served 12 months before its expiry. The rent is structured on a stepped basis. SYSteam Region Mellan AB, a computer software company, has signed for a 5-year term without break for 1,785 sq m (19,182 sq ft) at Fräsaren 12 with automatic prolongation for 3 years should notice not be served 12 months before its expiry. The lease payments are again on a stepped basis. Gino Coffee Shop has leased 146 sq m (1,571 sq ft) at Smeden 1 for a fixed 5-year term.
