ACHIEVES FULL OCCUPANCY AT INGRAM HOUSE, LONDON WC2
The Board of CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the letting of the last
available floor at Ingram House, John Adam Street, London WC2.
A new lease to GE Capital Europe Limited has been completed on 2,200 sq ft (204
sq m) over the remaining second floor. Ingram House comprises 10,340 sq ft (961
sq m) of multi-let offices over six floors plus five apartments above.
GE Capital Europe Limited, who currently occupies the third floor, has signed a
new lease, coterminous with their existing lease to July 2013, at a rent of £
106,700 per annum (£48.50 per sq ft) with five and a half months rent free.
Other commercial occupiers within the building include Spayne Lindsay & Co and
the Internet Advertising Bureau.

Europe Limited.
Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:
"We are very pleased that Ingram House is fully let once again, following the
refurbishment of a number of floors within the building. This shows that there
continues to be good demand from occupiers for well specified offices in
Central London."
