Major Refurbishment of Great West House

      ANNOUNCES AN EXTENSIVE REFURBISHMENT OF GREAT WEST HOUSE, BRENTFORD      

The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that planning consent has been granted
for the major refurbishment of Great West House on the Great West Road in
Brentford.

This prominent 14,400 sq m (155,000 sq ft) building is to be significantly
updated to include a striking new roof line, over cladding and new landscaping.
Internally there will be new reception areas and a gymnasium to complement the
existing on site staff restaurant, which has recently undergone refurbishment.

It is envisaged that the works will be completed by December 2005 at a total
cost of £8.5m.

This innovative scheme has been designed by EPR Architects and is to be
constructed with the minimum disruption to the existing tenants, which include
BSkyB, Le Meridien and Allianz Cornhill Insurance.

CLS has appointed King Sturge as joint letting agents with DTZ who are
marketing accommodation from 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft) to 5,220 sq m (56,200 sq
ft). The available floors are to be refurbished to include new air
conditioning, carpets and suspended ceilings and will be available for
occupation from the middle of 2005.

Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said:
