ANNOUNCES FURTHER LETTINGS
AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, STOCKHOLM
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce further lettings of previously vacant
space at Solna Business Park totalling 4,227 sq m (45,499 sq ft) at a total
rent of SEK 6,183,800 (£475,676) p.a.
At Fräsaren 11:
a) Alcatel Telecom AB has relocated its Swedish head office to Solna Business
Park and signed a 6-year lease for offices and warehouses totalling 1,358 sq m
(14,618 sq ft) from 1st June 2005.
b) b2b has leased 338 sq m (3,638 sq ft) of office and retail for a 5-year
period from 1st February 2005.
At Smeden 1:
a) Ultraförlaget AB has leased warehousing and office space of 1,206 sq m
(12,981 sq ft) for a period of 5 years from 1 October 2004.
b) Saratoga Systems AB has leased offices of 274 sq m (2,249 sq ft) for a
period of 5 years from 1 January 2005.
c) AKS Information Systems AB has leased offices of 781 sq m (8,407 sq ft) for
a period of 5 years from 1 June 2005.
d) Three retail units totalling 270 sq m (2,906 sq ft) have been let for 5 to 7
year periods.
All the above leases are exclusive heating, cooling, tax and indexation.
Solna Business Park as a whole is now 86% let.
