Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority by shareholders
of the Company on 20 May 2008 to make market purchases of its own shares, the
Company acquired 18,177 Ordinary shares on 13th October 2008 at an average
price of 325.898 pence per Ordinary share, with the highest price of 330.00
pence and the lowest price of 315.50 pence. The purchased shares will be
cancelled.
Following the above transactions the Company now has 64,391,115 Ordinary shares
in issue, excluding shares held as treasury shares, and the number of shares
held as treasury shares is 7,114,209. Therefore the total number of voting
rights in CLS Holdings plc is 64,391,115.
