China CDM Exchange Centre Limited - Change of Corporate Adviser

The Directors of China CDM Exchange Centre Limited ("CCEC" or "the Company")
wish to announce the termination of the Corporate Adviser agreement with London
Asia Corporate Finance Ltd and the appointment of Capital Partners Group
Limited ("CPG") to act as its new Corporate Adviser according to an agreement
entered into by and between CCEC and CPG on 23 March 2009 and which comes into
force immediately.

The Directors of China CDM Exchange Centre Limited accept responsibility for
this announcement.
