Cooperation Agreement Expiration Announcement

In terms with the Cooperation Agreement between China CDM Exchange Centre
Limited ("CCEC" or "the Company") and Beijing Changjiang International Holding
("BCIH"), BCIH injected its Clean Development Mechanisms ("CDM") revenue into
CCEC according to the contracted proportion.

BCIH which is a Chinese emissions broker and services company had agreed to
subcontract all services relating to all of its CDM projects, both existing and
future, to CCEC. The Board wishes to announce that the Cooperation Agreement
expired on Dec. 31, 2010 and the Cooperation Agreement renewal is yet to be
agreed. BCIH has decided to postpone the signing of the Cooperation Agreement
with CCEC in 2011. BCIH will have a further discussion with CCEC regarding the
contract renewal and they will give the final decision regarding the contract
renewal before Oct. 30, 2011.

In 2010 the BCIH accounted for more than 60% of annual revenue.


CCEC will continue to provide services independently for future CDM projects
and pursue other emission related businesses for partnerships.
