INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2017

Statement of the Board

China CDM Exchange Centre Limited ("the Company") presents its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2017.

As a result of industry conditions our board has begun to explore using their skillset and experience to provide services to hydropower projects in the renewable energy field.  We believe there will be some improvement to our financial position in the second half of 2017.
