                              Notifiable Interest                              

The Company had been notified that, following a purchase of 2,250,000 ordinary
shares, Gartmore Irish Growth Fund Plc now holds 3,700,000 ordinary shares of €
0.03 each, equivalent to 5.17 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.

This is in addition to the 4,454,000 ordinary shares (6.23 per cent of the
issued ordinary share capital) held by Gartmore Fund Managers Limited.
