                              Notifiable Interest                              

The Company has today been notified by Gartmore Investment Management plc that
Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global
Partners have increased their reportable interest in the Company due to a
purchase of 350,000 shares at 5.75p on 5th January 2006 and a purchase of
400,000 shares at 6p on 6th January 2006 and that the resulting holdings are as
follows:
