The Company announces, following notification today, that on 4 July 2008
Gartmore Investment Limited sold 4,300,000 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 4.07 per cent. of
the issued voting share capital of the Conroy.

Gartmore Investment Limited now holds 9,885,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to
9.35 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares
are registered in the following nominee accounts;
