Director/PDMR Shareholding

                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company has today been informed that, on 26 April 2006, Peter Waller,
non-executive chairman, purchased 8,000 Mondas ordinary shares of 10p each
("Ordinary Shares"), at 19.5p per share, equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of Mondas. Mr Waller is now beneficially
interested in 108,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.30 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
