The Company has been notified that Peter Waller, Executive Chairman of the
Company, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at 6.4p each, equivalent
to 0.22 per cent. of the total voting rights of Corero, Mr Waller now holds
268,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.59 per cent. of the total voting
rights of the Company.
