The Company has been notified that on 20 March 2008, Peter Waller, Executive
Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 5.0p each,
equivalent to 0.11 per cent. of the total voting rights of Corero. Mr Waller
now holds 318,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.70 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
