                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company has been notified that Colin Peters, a non-executive director of
the Company, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each,
equivalent to 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr
Peters is now beneficially interested in 1,643,670 ordinary shares, equivalent
to 4.51 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
