                              Holding in Company                               

The Company has today been made aware that, as at 1 September 2006, AXA
Investment Managers UK Limited, held 3,890,913 Mondas ordinary shares,
equivalent to 10.56 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that the shareholding comprises a beneficial
interest of 42,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.11 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company, which is held by Sun Life Pensions Management
Limited and a non-beneficial interest of 3,848,913 ordinary shares, equivalent
to 10.45 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, which is held by
HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited.
