The Company has been notified today in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, following a purchase on 6 July 2007 of 150,000
ordinary shares in Corero, representing 0.33 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of the Company, Roy Mitchell holds 1,480,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 3.25 per cent. of the total voting rights of Corero.
