Mondas announces that the Company was notified yesterday that, following a sale
of 100,000 ordinary shares on 1 June 2006, FF&P Small Cap UK Equity Fund, a
sub-fund of FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund, hold 2,025,000 Mondas ordinary
shares, equivalent to 5.56 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
