Acquisition of significant holding in JJB Sports plc
The Company announces that following acquisitions of shares on 24 and 27 April
2009, the Company is now beneficially interested in 32,500,000 ordinary shares
in the issued share capital of JJB Sports plc ("JJB"), equivalent to 12.96 per
cent. of the voting share capital of JJB.
William Collins, Chairman, said: "We look forward to engaging with JJB's
management".
