Further to the Company's announcement on 7 March 2014, the Board of Crystal
Amber Fund Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher
Waldron as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Waldron has more than 25 years' experience as an investment manager and
until January 2013 was Chief Executive of the Edmond de Rothschild Group in
Guernsey. He remains a consultant to the Edmond de Rothschild Group and is also
a director of a number of Guernsey funds and investment management companies.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and is a
Guernsey resident.

Commenting on the appointment of Chris Waldron as a non-executive Director,
William Collins (Non-executive Chairman) said:

Crystal Amber Board. He brings broad experience and we look forward to working
with him."
