Crystal Amber Fund Limited

Disclosure of Dealings
The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, a director of Crystal Amber Asset
Management (Guernsey) Limited, which is investment manager to the Company, and
a member of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the
Company, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.17 per cent. of
the voting share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price
of 90p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 800,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 1.33 per cent. of the voting share capital of the
Company.
