                            Disclosure of Dealings                             

The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, a director and principal
shareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited ("Crystal
Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company, and a
member of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the
Company, yesterday purchased a total of 40,000 ordinary shares in the issued
share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.07 per
cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at
a price of 91.75p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 820,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 1.37 per cent. of the voting share capital of the
Company.
