Disclosure of Dealings
The Company announces that Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited
("Crystal Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company,
today purchased a total of 75,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital
of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the
voting share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of
88p per share.
Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of
1,115,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.86 per cent. of the voting share
capital of the Company.
